My biggest issue was the customer support, I was told that a misspelling on my personalization was correct and it was not, therefore I had to order it separately and it caused me to not get the clock to the person. It would have been different if customer support had not reached out to me to ask if I needed it fixed and when I said yes, it seemed they ignored it.

I was dissatisfied and contacted your company for exchange or refund and they declined both options. I explained that the engraving plate was not on straight and requested to exchange for one without the engraving plate because the quality of the engraving plate made the product look awful. But they have declined to work with me. Therefore, it will be reported to the Better Business Bureau if they persist in refusing to make it right.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were dissatisfied with the clock.
It is important to clarify that our customer service team had already approved and initiated a full refund with a prepaid return before this public post and BBB threat were made. We did not decline to work with you. In fact, we followed our policy and offered a complete resolution promptly.
After reviewing the photo provided, the engraving plate appears properly mounted within normal production tolerance. However, because you were unhappy with the item, we approved a full refund upon return.
We stand behind both our policies and our service. Our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau reflects our long-standing commitment to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
If you need any assistance completing the return process, our team remains available to help.
Quality clock. Fast turnaround. Easy ordering process.
