Absolutely terrible service! Our employees received items weeks after the agreed upon date and one of the employees still have not received the Christmas gift. Since then, she has moved to a new location and succesories asked us to cover shipping. Remind you, the item is over 2 months late in delivery.

Thank you, Sharif, for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the timeline to ensure accuracy.

The order was placed on Christmas Day, and proofs were sent the very next day on 12/26. Production cannot begin until proofs are approved, and we did not receive feedback until 1/15. That approval timeline s
ignificantly impacted the overall delivery schedule.

All items were ultimately delivered. One standalone item experienced an additional proofing delay but was completed and delivered on 1/29. Regarding the reshipment, once an item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, any address changes after the fact do require new shipping coverage.

We understand delays are frustrating, especially around the holidays, but the timeline was largely driven by proof approval timing rather than production or service failure. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
