Great deal and hassle free! My wife loves her new MacBook Pro with the latest OS and bells & whistles and it didn’t break the bank.

Great laptop. Fantastic speakers, display, and keyboard. Sadly the touchbar is useless (even with Bettertouchtool IMO) and Apple's UX engineers should be absolutely ashamed that it ended up in the final product. Having actual function keys is significantly more efficient if you ask me.

Way better keyboard experience than the previous models - and graphics are much better IMO than the 560X series.

Purchased a 'new' MacBook Pro 16" that had the same configuration I was going to purchase from Apple. Saved enough to purchase needed software suite. Very pleased with this purchase and seller experience. Thank you Swappa & Seller for a great first experience!

The MacBook Pro to get! The keyboard is much better, performance is great, no issues with thermals, and no loud fans.
