the table is broken & im still waiting for the other half of my order

This is a good base but the middle legs and beam which runs down the middle is made of soft pine wheras the rest of the frame is made of solid wood. This bed must be lifted by 2 people and then placed where you want it, unfortunately we slid it and the middle legs just warped and snapped.

My delivery was delayed due to having to provide a non rural address, but still very happy with the comms,around this & great condition of packages on arrival.

Fabulous! Will be back to buy a mattress next

The product (Toughout Thunderstorm Gazebo), price and communication is fantastic. However, the Click and Collect experience could have been better. When I arrived at the warehouse it came out quickly on a fork-hoist. It was left on a stack of pallets for me and the driver disappeared. I waited a couple of minutes to see if someone would come out to help me, but no. And no way to get anyone's attention. So I was left to lift and manoeuvre a large 40kg box on my own.
Other than that I am very happy and would definitely order from Treasure Box again, I just think that the Click and Collect option needs to be a little bit more hands-on for oversized purchases.

No tracking on my order

I am so upset and dissapointed. The gas bed came without any instructions - and the shoe cabinet we bought has it's doors so hard to open - its almost like pulling the whole cabinet with it! Not happy :(

The whole process was fast, efficient and the product is amazing

Product quality below standard, after 10 days contact me discuss about my order, last I choose delivery option but they contact me to collect the item. Location was at Silverdale area.

Only received 1 out of 2 items but haven’t been communicated whether the other item is still to be shipped. Shipping information says the order has been filled while I’m still waiting on 1 item.

Recently ordered a mirror from here, however my experience was very bad. Waited 2 weeks for something that was only supposed to take 3-5 business days. Sent an email to them asking when it would arrive as I would’ve liked to be home when it arrived. No answer.
I was constantly checking the website to see when my order would arrive but there was no updates.
When it had finally been delivered the mirror was completely shattered. The person assigned to my delivery would’ve known it was broken but because I wasn’t home the situation was taken advantage of.
I have since tried contacting treasurebox via the live chat box, email, calls and the warranty claim form that doesn’t even let you submit or select product type etc.
The customer service has been really poor and I haven't heard anything from them at all.
I don’t recommend ordering something fragile if you want it to be delivered nonetheless it’s still not acceptable..
I hope they will contact me on this matter to get this resolved.

Great service and products

It took a while for the order to get ready, and found that they weren't very helpful at all to load into your vehicle. What happens if i was a 70 year old lady that bought products, eoukd I have had to load myself.

Fantastic collection of furniture and photos.Purchasing was easy with no hassles. Item was in my budget and arrived in a few days well packaged.
The desk was easy to assemble with great instructions. Very nice piece well made and looks great.

The showroom in Silverdale has lots on display. I ended up ordering online on Tuesday and received an email that the order was being prepared but didn't receive an update on delivery. Friday of the same week opened my front door to find it had been delivered. My pet peeve is that the delivery service didn't use the ring buzzer to alert me and we were home. Anyway, still deserving of 5 stars for the quick delivery. Item ordered came in 2 boxes and no missing bits. Took hubby a little while to assemble, happy with our purchase.

We received the product not complete,arm rest and foot is missing.
