No notification on when item was to be delivered. Suddenly delivery person was at d gate. Items were left outside the door.

The packaging was totally damaged and the front of the chair had marks on it. Did try and do the insurance thing but it wouldn't go through. Tried to call but no luck. Have got photos but ended up fixing the chair at the front of it

I love the colour i got for drawers but didn't realize the were material ones. They had to screw holes missing for one drawers so not feet on one set. Apart from that ok

I like that it was a fast turn around but dislike that there is no communication/updates on delivery status. I had no idea the courier had collected and that it was on its way.
Then the courier left the 12 packages outside. Luckily it was to my grandparents place but with each weighing more than 20kgs they were unable to move them out of the rain. If I had known status of delivery I could of ensured there was help there on arrival. Hoping no damage is done internally.

Pickup was smooth and hassle free. Definitely getting more furniture from here.
