I feel there needs to be better communication when emailing, a response would be nice.Other than that thank you for my product.

Bed looks great, easy to assemble but we couldn't screw corner top rail into the post as the short rail went straight through the post.

Easy Pick-up.

We bought a gas lift bed and it’s beautiful but it won’t do what it’s supposed to do - the gas lift mechanism doesn’t work and the bed won’t hold the mattress up. Got in touch with their customer service via but they’re slow to reply - I’ve been on this chat for 6 hours and they still haven’t confirmed if it’s a gas lift problem or if we’ve installed it wrongly (we followed the manual accurately but their team is now saying it should be installed opposite of what’s shown). Very poor experience.
