I was hoping that this brush is a bit softer than it turned out to be maybe its a great for people looking for a firm bristle brush but I find it a bit tough on my 10-12mm beard

Order never received, emailed 5 times and still no response. Awful customer service but I can certainly say your spam marketing emails are working nicely. I will be going to my bank for a charge back, if a response isn’t received soon.
