Dishonest & Disappointing
Vidnoz is most likely using paid reviews or platform insiders to boast their "easy-use" and free tools. However, once you create an account and actively seek to use the "service", their interface and crucial tools needed to generate popular Ai functions are hidden. And once you contact support, they begin you on a wayward, misguided email process towards targeting a resolve. The biggest disappointment is their dishonest approach in offering a free use of the platform that they fail to provide. Users beware that if a user is looking to assess the performance of Vidnoz.ai first as a free user, where they will initially bait you with a 30 free credits offer, they will only make it seem available but never activate the offer. It is quite fraudulent in my opinion. Don't waste your time.
Update: 3/18/26: Users of Vidnoz.ai, STILL BEWARE! If you are reading this, you may have also viewed a reply to my review from vidnoz. Their apology is fruitless in relation to the issue I pointed out in my review, which they have avoided here. Do not be persuaded that they helped or "investigated" further. Prior to this review, I contacted the same support email three times over the course of one week and once I finally received a specific reply to their "bait and switch" tactic, the reply was a "no offer" dismissal. Again, DO NOT waster your time.

Vidnoz : service défaillant, absence de support et pratiques trompeuses
Après une semaine d’utilisation de Vidnoz, le service s’est nettement dégradé. Malgré un abonnement les crédits, ceux-ci s’épuisent très vite. J’ai ensuite acheté 200 crédits supplémentaires (14,99 €, réduits à 12,99 € pour Black Friday le 13/11/2025 à 10h24) : le paiement a été validé, mais les crédits n’ont jamais été ajoutés à mon compte. Le support n’a répondu à aucun de mes messages.
J’ai également constaté que le bouton de résiliation avait été supprimé, rendant l’annulation de l’abonnement impossible sans passer par un support qui ne répond jamais, ce qui est illégal en France.
Je déconseille fortement l’utilisation de ce site et vous invite à signaler ces pratiques sur SignalConso (DGCCRF). La plupart des avis positifs semblent d’ailleurs provenir de faux comptes.

Auch ich muss sagen: Es wird viel versprochen, aber nichts gehalten. Ein Spielzeug-Tool – dafür jedoch zu teuer. Zum Beispiel: Ein Video mit Musik zu unterlegen ist eine reine Katastrophe, da fehlen einem wirklich die Worte.

Produces nice avatars and cancellation is easy
My one-month vidnoz subscription was trouble-free. I used the free online version (which allows production of 3 minutes of video every 24 hours) to create all the avatars I needed from an image and recorded voices in 12 languages. The lip synch and facial expressions were very good. To get the avatar videos in high-res (1080p instead of the free 720p), I signed up for a month. Just before the end of the month, vidnoz emailed a reminder that renewal was coming due, but also said "You can always cancel your subscription", with a link to subscriptionSelfService. There, I turned off "Automatic renewals", a pop-up asked me to confirm my choice to "Cancel subscription", which I did, and that was it. To make sure, I also cancelled in my vidnoz account settings by choosing "Cancel plan" under "Subscriptions". I also got an email confirming the cancellation. So positive experience all round.
