AVOID THIS COMPANY. There excuse for the extremely poor quality was that I paid the lower price, basically admitting to providing a product that falls well below customer satisfaction. To put this into perspective my landscaper called me whilst at work to take a look at the product as he couldn’t bring himself to lay it. Within a split second I could see how poor quality this really was and I can’t forsee anyone would want this in their home or garden. I then proceeded to request a return via customer services, which quickly became apparent how difficult they make this process and charge you for return delivery paired with a restock fee, meaning I would have actually owed the company money. All in all, a totally endless journey with absolute zero respect for the Customer and clearly no pride in the product they sell. After escalation to management expressing the view that this product is not sold as seen, the support came to no avail consequently bringing me to write this review, in the hope I can prevent this happening to others. I cannot believe how they are still in business. Photos added as a comparison showing advert against reality. I will follow up on social media’s. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
