Friendly staff. Good service. Served by Lisa. Had to try a couple of different pairs. Not made to feel a pest,👍. I noted the pair I liked were on offer at lower price online. Wee tip always check and ask. They matched the online price. Which sealed the sale for me. Will definitely be back. But will check their online prices first . Saved myself 15%

Brilliant help from Jony with boots and a rucksack for my daughter's DofE. Lots of helpful advice for us newbies, have already recommended him to other DofE parents! Thanks

Visited Dundee shop on Feb 6th where I was served by Lisa. She was well informed,very helpful and had great patience. The boots which I bought are a wonderful fit and I am very pleased with my purchase having worn them.

Massive thanks to staff at Dundee store. Very helpful staff when I phoned with a query about shoes. Found product for me and put them aside for me as had a considerable distance to travel to store. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff in store, Gave me information on changes to Blacks stores that I have previously visited and future changes planned within the company. Very informative and an added bit of excellent customer service I experienced visiting this store. Had a great chat with staff would were engaging and professional. Please pass on praise to staff and give them recognition they deserve. Thanks again

Had a very friendly interaction with George who helped me pick out a new pair of hiking boots. I had many questions and he answered them all to the best of his ability and was very patient and kind.
The other sales clerk at the till was also very friendly and further reassured me.

My wife sometimes finds it difficult to get the right shoes.
She could not have asked for more help and patience from sales assistant Lisa.
Came out with not one but two pairs of shoes.

Very helpful assistants knew what they were talking about,and what products to use for after care of the foot wear . They also had the knowledge what they had in stock as well.it was a pleasant experience because I was looking for size 13 waterproof walking boots got them no problem and a rubber tip for a walking pole

The sales assistant George in the shoe department was most helpful in enabling me to select a pair of walking shoes which are comfortable for everyday wear and vegan friendly. I rate the staff in the Dundee store very highly. Their attention to detail to ensure the customer gets what they need is remarkable.

Phoned the Dundee store to enquire about a men’s gilet , spoke to an assistant called Lisa and she could not be more helpful and friendly, all questions answered professionally, asked to put garment aside for me to collect the following day, was set aside for us as promised.

I hate shopping online and this impromptu in person experience in Dundee was so great because Jony was there. He was a knowledgeable and informed person which really helped me out.
