Lee was great, good knowledge of all stock and offered me very practical advise and options. Very happy with my purchases and service would definitely go back there.

What a surprise, a salesperson who had deep product knowledge, who challenged me and made me think about what I wanted and needed and who offered that most precious of things - advice based on experience. I'll go back there for the sole reason to get his help again in the future.

Great customer service from Gavin & Yas
Great customer service from Gavin and Yas. We went in to buy replacements for a pair of Brasher trousers (found by Yas and purchased in store) and two Berghaus Cornice jackets (found by Gavin online at a sale price and Yas put the order through by for us in store for delivery to our home two days later). Our jackets arrived on time. Many thanks to both Gavin and Yas for their great customer service.
Also, good work to the selecting, packing and delivery teams. You delivered when the email said you would. Can't ask for more than that!

Had a very experienced salesman who went out of his way to help us, ie he measured our feet and got us the right size shoes. And when we realized that they were not waterproof, he went and got us the waterproof ones. Not only that, when we asked for a discount as we had bought many items, we were given a discount. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

Outstanding service
Regular visitor to this branch to stock up on items. Service can sometimes be a bit but and miss with some staff members not really putting in the effort but today was different. I had a query about some Sorrel Boots I was interested in. I was warmly greeted but the Georgina the manageress who went way above and beyond the service I normally receive here and it was great experience. She answered my queries regarding the boots and resolved it to the extent I was more than happy to buy them. Georgina is an absolute credit to your business and hopefully she can rub off some of her magic on other staff members. I will be back 😁
