anna and hannah are very nice very polite

Such a wonderful difference from dealing with Blacks online. Always better to go to the shop if you can. Hannah and Nicky were very helpful and also really kind to my kids and our dog. Well done.

Hannah was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

The experience was great the person at the till called Hanna assisted me when I needed help and she was very helpful to show me what I wanted

I went in for a few items for an upcoming trip. I had time to look around before Hanhah asked if she could help. She was amazingly kind, not pushy and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Great customer service - Hanna was super helpful and directed me to exactly what I needed and did this in a pleasant positive manner.

I popped in looking for polish to protect my precious Blundstone boots. Although I wasn’t buying a big ticket item, Hannah took time out to give advice on their products and was patient, attentive and kind. I got the inevitable upswell at the till, but didn’t mind as I needed batteries anyway. It’s a handy shop to have on the high street, don’t go changing :)

Hannah has a very cheerful interaction with her customers. She knowledgeable when discussing the trainers I was looking for and was a help in making my decision. Well done Hannah👍

Angie was amazing.
I needed new walking shoes but because my feet are odd shaped it’s difficult to get the right fit.
She patiently fetched several different pairs and waited whilst I tried them all. Twice ! She was always attentive and had plenty of helpful advice.
Thanks to her perseverance I found exactly what I was looking for. An amazing pair of Goretex walking shoes that fit brilliantly.
Thank you.

Very patient while I made up my mind what to buy. Excellent advice from Anna.

Was served by Kiona today in king street. She was extremely helpful and tentative. Blacks is lucky to have her.

Really helpful service from Angie at the Blacks store in Jersey. Took the time to listen to my requirements and after trying on many shoes, we found the right ones. I didn't feel rushed and Angie was really knowledgeable. Would recommend for walking shoes/boots.

Hannah at Blacks Outdoors is fantastic! Her expertise and friendliness made my shopping experience a delight. Highly recommended for personalized assistance.

Amazing service from Angie and the other female staff member working there today. They were knowledgeable and attentive and really helped me with the items. Angie remembered that I’d been in a few times looking for a particular jacket for my son and as soon as she saw me she mentioned it and checked if they had one. Great friendly service.

Shop assistant Sussy and her approach and help.

Went to get some warm weather wear for a trip and Hannah couldn’t have been more helpful!
Had a great knowledge of product, had some great recommendations and most of all fantastic customer service all round!

I was searching for a warm fleece and waterproof jacket. I found all the staff really friendly, Anna was especially helpful and spent lots of time going through all the various options, comparing reliability of waterproofing vs cost etc., of the different jackets available. I would definitely recommend the team in Black's, Jersey for their helpful advice and great customer service.
