Nice looking shop with alot to offer, the best part was our server Alex who gave us alot of detail on what to buy and why really showing he knows his stuff, he was very friendly and made the experience 10x better than it wouldve been. 5 starts for a reason.

Great staff
Kasper really helped me find the right pair of shoes. He was really knowledgeable about the brands and models in stock and was happy to get as many shoes out as it took to find the right ones! He was very professional and also picked out some socks that will be perfect for the kind of hiking/running I do. I can't wait to get out on the first walk with my new shoes!

Welcoming staff and perfect customer service

Great experience in Blacks Meadowhall
Great experience in Blacks, Meadowhall - Sheffield store. Scott the store manager and his team where very welcoming from start to finish. They were warm and friendly throughout, joining in and having a good laugh with us whilst helping answer all my questions without hesitation as I wasn't the typical shopper when I interrupted them all to discuss jobs, vacancy pathways, and their support for staff and inclusiveness. You nailed it, thanks guys - much appreciated! :)
