Surpasses Expectations again!
This store is always the highlight when I venture to Yeovil. The staff are so genuinely welcoming and always deliver beyond my expectations.
This time, Ben helped me choose the most effective sizing on a garment of clothing. I feel his genuine, friendly character & conversational nature is a commendable asset to Blacks.
Will then very patiently helped me choose a new pair of trail shoes. His unbiased knowledge and advice helped secure a pair that would usually be too costly to consider. He also advised me on a few packs of specialists 'spend & get' socks too.
I couldn't be happier with the products & service I received which is what keeps me coming back.

Great shop for outdoor clothing
Very helpful staff, and an excellent range of products. Worth making the trip into town to be able to try things on, so we know everything fits. Good discounts too.

Blacks, Yeovil Outstanding Customer Service
Returned to Blacks in Yeovil with a pair of Meindl walking shoes. The shoes were 5 months old and the lower tread on the left shoe had detached almost completely. The shoes otherwise we're wearing well. I had mislaid the receipt for the shoes but Ben and Thomas very quickly helped me by identifying a method to bring up the transaction details in store. They were able to verify the purchase and process a replacement. The customer service was second to none and I will continue to use Blacks and highly recommend others to do so! Excellent service gentlemen!

I was served by Will today in your…
I was served by Will today in your Yeovil store . He was extremely helpful as I needed walking boots . For some reason it is almost impossible to buy ladies boots in a size 9 but with Wills help managed to find a pair of men’s boots that were not wide for my feet . He was an absolute delight and credit to the store .

Popped in for new shorts
Popped in for some shorts and found a good selection. Tom was very helpful in finding me the right size and colours.

Good range of stock and priced competitively. Tom was very helpful with figuring out the best choices for an upcoming trip - pointing me to the right choice, rather than just the most expensive choice. Definitely recommend.
