Booked up a journey to Wickford from South Woodham Ferrers to catch train to Southend airport for.
Taxi should have arrived at 14:30 and didn’t arrive until 15:03 created a very stress situation especially as we had booked up a flight. It upset my wife as she unfortunately suffers from anxiety at the best of times.
Fist time we had ever used Happy Cabs😢

Your driver on the journey to our destination was great, polite, professional and a generally nice old chap.

Wish I could say the same for your driver who picked us up on our return journey, firstly he was late, from the onset he drove into the premium collection carpark even though it clearly states on the signs and it has a barrier to enter and once you are in there it’s a charge of £25 to exit… we were waiting in the normal collection point that is adjacent to the car park your driver went in the wrong pickup point then we had to go to him because the barriers would let him out without paying…. Then he wasn’t sure what to do and had to faff about paying the £25 exit fee, when the barriers finally let us out he almost drove into the barrier because he had forgotten the steering was facing the wrong way… the journey home was scary to say the least. He had no idea where he was going even though he had his satnav guiding him and several times I had to give him directions otherwise i have no idea where we’d have ended up… I’m not sure how long he’s had a driving licence but it’s most definitely questionable being that he was crawling along on the outside lane doing 36 mph in a 50 and cutting in and out of lanes because he had mistakenly got in the wrong lane in the first place. Your driver needs looking at or take a UK driving test!

Always on time, the pick up the phone which nowadays is amazing as some companies aren’t contactable. Happy cabs are really competitively priced too and the app is easy to use.

Excellent driver and lovely taxi company. I particularly appreciate that I get to talk to both company and driver, when I need to book and check how far driver is from us or similar, as opposed to companies that started using answering robots machines which are awful and don't work. Driver was great and fantastic and car was lovely, spacious and clean. Thanks very much

Used Happicabs for the first time last night, from The Hawk Battlesbridge to Leigh-on-Sea. Very efficient, and the lovely Evelina got us home safely. Would highly recommend.

Extremely unhappy someone using my name and email address on a taxi ride today 31st of July at 10:50am when it wasn’t me

Booked taxi at 9.42 said 15mins at 10.05 I called said 10mins....it's now 10.42 cancelled my taxi and phoned a different company.....do not use this company unreliable and don't care about keeping you waiting for hour

Wrong size cab sent. Charged £25 for a trip from Wickham Bishops to Maldon. Nearly an hour late to pick us up for the return journey and scandalously charged £35 for the same trip. Really bad service. Complained but no response.

From my online enquiry to getting a phone call speaking to a lovely person to the driver and vehicle all was amazing AND ! the only cab firm willing to take dogs made my birthday even better as I could take my dog and it really was a notch above the rest if you have a medium sized dog everywhere says no but this really was lovely couldn’t fault it and the driver was early giving us plenty of time
