Always greeted with a genuine smile,nothing appears to much trouble ,no matter how complex your holiday request is. wow just an amazing experience. I seen abbi's bio online saying she was a single mum and loved what she had written. So I sent her a message re a holiday to Disneyland Paris for me and my daughter. She emailed straight back even tho she was on holiday herself! sorted everything for me and was just lovely and such a streamlined process, thank you Abbi xx
