I emailed the Arbroath store with what I was thinking of. Got a great response with several suggestions. Went into store and booked one of the suggestions same day. Great service. Staff always helpful. Thanks to Stuart for fast response and great suggestions. Extremely helpful.

This was the second occasion I have used Hay's Travel in Arbroath, and the customer care experience was first class. Tracey was my adviser on both occasions, and could not have been more helpful. In less time than I would have struggled with online, we left with a cruise booked, and all details sent to us within 3 hours. Fantastic. Thank you Tracey.
