Staff
Both of the staff members I spoke with were very helpful & honest about accommodation and holidays. I never got the feeling that they were trying to "sell" me a holiday but rather find me a holiday that suited my needs.

fantastic deal to miami
Roxi from Banbridge branch was incredibly patient and professional whilst dealing with my indecisiveness! she remained cheerful and chatty even though I asked her to try to change the package holiday numerous ways.
