5 star service and so nice to have a physical store
Lucie in the Bognor Regis Hays office was outstanding!!! My partner and I went in there just to see uf you could compete with the Internet prices, not only did you compete with them but surpassed them and took all the hassle out of it as well. We had a few emails to and from ironing out details and requests from us and there done.. payment options given to us to make life easy.
Will use again so glad there is still a physical store to go in 5 stars for service 5 stars for still being a physical store

The staff are always very friendly in the Bognor branch and Shan went out of her way to make sure she found us a cabin on the cruise we wanted that suited us, especially as there were very few left. She went above and beyond and we were very satisfied.

I wanted to book a holiday for next year's eclipse
I wanted to book a holiday around next year's eclipse and virtually all hotels or flights are fully booked already. Lucie spent 2 hours with me sorting out how we could do it with total patience, great expertise and a light helpful friendly demeanour. Make no mistake this was seriously difficult but was handled magnificently with total professionalism and no yawning after the first 90 minutes... and we got it!
