My wife and I made an impromtu decision to book a holiday. We knew the rough dates and that was all.
Amy was your Rep in Braehead store who handle the booking, She was very helpful and patient with us resulting in getting a holiday that were both happy with.

The Hays rep listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. Nothing was too much trouble which made everything easy and enjoyable.
