Our Travel Organiser was Morgan from the Bromsgrove office who dealt with our holiday requirements in a very professional and courteous manner. We completed the process by booking our September holiday with Hayes Travel to Malta and flying from Birmingham . As easy as booking on line. The member of staff price matched another quote. She was extremely thorough and most pleasant.
