My recent dealings with the Broughton branch were extremely disappointing.
I initially called regarding an advertised Japan holiday deal priced at £1,280. The adviser I spoke with said she would call me back with further information, but I never received a return call.
I then contacted the branch again and spoke to a different member of staff, who claimed nobody could recall speaking with me previously (they took all my details and a contact number). He provided a higher price than the one advertised, which I was still prepared to accept. However, he advised that he was unable to make the booking and that someone would contact me the following day.
Natalie called me back as promised, but the price had increased yet again. When I explained that I would need some time to think about it, she abruptly ended the call.
Overall, the communication, customer service, and pricing experience were incredibly poor. Based on my experience with this branch, I would recommend travelling a little further and using a different Hays branch.

We had an issue with our booking and when we went back the staff quickly resolved this for us and was no trouble at all (Natalie and Iona) I think their names were staff very friendly lovely atmosphere in there also

I first went to the Broughton TUI branch to book our holiday, and they told me they would get back to me by email. In the meantime, I visited Hays Travel, where Kemal assisted me with great professionalism and genuine interest. He kept me informed throughout the process and managed to find me a great holiday deal while I was still in the branch.

To be honest, if I hadn’t received such a quick response and excellent service, I probably wouldn’t have booked with Hays Travel. Kemal was amazing, and from now on, I will always contact him first when planning our future holidays. He was kind, friendly, and, most importantly, dedicated to helping me find the right holiday. He is a great asset to Hays Travel, and I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to meet him.

I would also like to thank Emilia, who helped me with processing the tickets. She was very helpful, and I really appreciate her assistance as well.

They were very helpful in accommodating my holiday request, friendly staff, and Dan was professional and I have booked a number of cruises with them as nothing was too much trouble for all the staff.

First time booking with Hays Travel in Broughton. We were looking to book two last minute holidays with awkward dates and Ruby was fantastic at sorting this all out for us. We were very happy with the service and will be using them again for future holidays.

Excellent friendly service from Dan who even patiently rescheduled our dates to get us a better deal!
