Excellent service still exists
The person we spoke with, Ellena, was very, helpful, polite & knowledgeable - having herself been to the city we wanted to visit.
She was able to help us identify a hotel, and to arrange a couple of places we want to visit.
She told us what she would do; how she would follow up our discussion, and did exactly that.

Holiday booking
We’ve just booked our third holiday of the year here.
Holly and the staff are always friendly and nothing is any trouble for them.
