Shannon was brilliant she took time and got me the holiday that suited my needs. She went on google maps to get exact location of hotels. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thank you.

My friend and I popped into Hays to enquire about a city break. Megan was lovely to speak with, no hard sell, and was knowledgeable about the city we were interested in. I could have booked direct myself online but it was lovely to have the "personal touch".
