We had never used Hays before. We found Claire to be very good in meeting our ideas and needs in a holiday search request. We changed our minds a few times and Claire was able to quickly adjust. When we decided to book Claire answered all our questions. We found the process and the steps involved to book and pay the deposit very easy. Booking took a long time to appear in the app which was a bit annoying.

Claire is an excellent Personal Travel Consultant who is very professional and provides excellent personal customer service. She always goes that extra mile and i would highly reccommend her to anyone looking to book their next holiday.
