everything was good except our rooms were outside and when you go for your meals if it's raining you get wet

The agent listened to what we wanted and put together a wonderful itinerary and made the booking process easy .She was a very kind person.

all the staff are really helpful very polite and greet you with a smile and never pressure you

So lovely and helpful and happy to take our time and make the right choice, thank you for that will definitely recommend this company and ive forgotten the lady's name but she was fantastic. Im travelling to Portugal next June can not wait.

Jannnine at Cleckheaton branch was extremely helpful and very patient to help me plan our perfect holiday from flights, resort selection to the accommodation. Throughout she was friendly, professional and genuinely wanting to help me.

Very happy with the assistance from Janine when our river cruise was cancelled and she found us another holiday for the days we had planned to be away. Enjoying it very much now. 😊

First time booking with Hays Travel , found Claire to be nice and welcoming . We knew where we wanted to go on our holiday , but were still impressed by how quickly it was done ! Didn’t have to worry about the car park !! Claire went through everything with us and explained things clearly .
