Cassia is lovely and always takes her time to find what we need and at the price we want, in fact this time the whole shop staff jumped in to help.

Rachel was very professional and nothing was too much trouble when booking our honeymoon. It was very easy and we got exactly what we wanted from start to finish, excellent communication. Absolutely excellent. Thank you!

Cassia made our booking experience so amazingly easy. She found us the perfect holiday for us then double checked that the hotel and flights were to our liking. She also arranged parking at the airport for us. So on leaving the travel agents we had everything we needed.
