Great service from Hays Team. This was my first time booking a holiday and they made it very easy,no fuss,no stress.

Extremely helpful Theresa, helped us to sort out 2 holidays in one and a half hours- would have taken us a lifetime doing it ourselves on the internet!!!

Staff were very professional, friendly and inviting. Gave clear explanations of our options and pricing with no pressure applied as to which one we chose. Followed up with a phone call on the same day explaining next steps.

Our whole experience with Hays, Exeter, was fantastic. Esme was fantastic, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and her colleague Teresa was amazing too. From service, to customer care, to the booking process, everything was handled incredibly well. Thank you for helping us get our family holiday sorted!
