The best booking experience ever
Me and my husband talked to Emma at the Garforth branch and she was amazing finding us the best prices and the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was genuinely excited for us and helped us to book our holiday to Iceland. She made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. Thank you so much.

The staff were knowledgeable and…
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of many aspects of our holiday and advised us on some things to make it easier. We're disappointed that the hotel pool was shut for the whole period we were there and was due to be shut another 17 days after. We were never advised of this. To be fair we went to Rome and would have only used it twice but we still have liked to have known. Otherwise would have marked them and jet 2 5. Great holiday otherwise.

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this information by the supplier at the time of booking, but we completely understand how important it is to have all facilities available or at least to be informed in advance. Emma is fabulous
Emma is fabulous. Me and zara my daughter felt like our holiday had started a month earlier than expected. She and her shadow were awesome and everything was explained to us. All so easy ❤️
