Originally I was was talking about going to Tenerife later this year, Harvyie sourced the information I gave her and notified me of the accommodation I made enquiries about. I went into the shop to discuss this and unfortunately I had changed my mind about the destination and decided to go to Malta. Harvyie then sourced the best deal for the DB San Antonio Hotel in Malta. I vacation there earlier this year and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about going to Malta. So therefore I would give 5 star recommendation.

Emailed Hays Travel and had a response from Jill. She came back straight away with a quote and an amazing deal for Halloween half term 2027 to Orlando. Everything perfect, quick set up of reasonable, affordable payments. We can’t wait already. Set up was so quick.

We booked as a small group with Hayes with a girl in the gateshead branch called Harvie she went above and beyond very polite friendly and professional will be highly recommending others to visit this branch and book with Harvie

Couldn't get holiday I wanted at specific hotel & resorts booked nearby. Managed to find it on a website so Beth arranged rebooking where I wanted to be. Brilliant service as always. Thanks again

Staff extremely helpful. Booking holiday. Supplying additional info ie holiday insurance. Giving info as to when they will contact us additional info ie tickets/changing money
