Thank you for your booking with us! I can see on your file we emailed your documentation on the date you booked 28/06/2026 at 13:31pm as per our telephone conversation we advised you would receive your vouchers and tickets two weeks prior to travel as this is when the supplier sends them to us. We advised your online check in opens on the 22nd July and we do have a call back in place to get in touch so we can get your passport details.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Staff have great knowledge of the product and lead you seemlessly through every part of the booking.
Staff are terrific , well trained and nothing is a problem for them when booking a holiday. Indeed customer agent Sarah is an asset that would be very difficult to replace. 100% genuine.
