Booking with Gwalia at Hays Travel has been so simple, Agent is super efficient at replying to messages, I have sent her endless messages for quotes and she’s never put pressure on to book, Shes very thorough and also agrees to check you in, I have a few Hays agents on FB as we are just back from a recent holiday, this time I decided to book with Gwalia as she always went that extra mile to help, always replies to messages and seems really enthusiastic about her work.
