I went in to query the availability of a holiday because I couldn't access it on my phone. I explained that I couldn't book it there and then but she still went ahead and checked all the details and it was for the dates I wanted. She took the code and I said that I would be back when we knew if my husband could get the time off. I went back the following Monday to book but the original lady wasn't in. I was served by a gentleman who I believe was the manager and he was equally as helpful as the original lady. It was a very pleasant experience

We only called in to get prices and see what was available to us budget wise. 3 hours later and alit of patients and help from joy we booked our first family holiday together. Joy was friendly full of holiday knowledge, there wasn't a question she couldn't answer, we had a laugh and cane away on cloud 9 that we had secured our first holiday.
