I am not yet a seasoned traveller, so I appreciate the expertise that the staff have developed overtime. The Booking process is smooth and efficient which I appreciate due to my lack of experience and expertise in the field.

Chloe found us a good deal after we’d struggled with other Hay’s locations.
She was quick to respond, helpful, and easily sorted changes to our itinerary. We’d definitely book again with Hays Horsforth.

Previously I had never used a travel agent. I did everything separately directly with hotels, transfers and airport service. Since finding Tracy at Hayes travel Horsforth. I will no longer be doing all the planning on my own.

I booked my holiday with Amanda over the Bank Holiday through Messenger. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until after the weekend but Amanda sorted it out and had it booked for me. Amanda responded to any queries to which I was very appreciative I would definitely book with Hays again thank you!
