New York 10/10 Hays Travel Experience
I’ve recently returned from a trip to New York, booked through James Carroll at Hays Travel. I can’t fault the booking process, from looking up quotes, to sending me all of the details via email, to even checking in with us on the departure date and return date to make sure there were no issues. I recently booked my fist ever trip to New York with James at Hays Travel, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very first message, James was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me plan my trip.
Nothing was too much trouble. He listened to what I wanted, made brilliant suggestions, including tips and tricks from his own recent trip to New York. He took care of every detail from our airport parking and private transfers to our hotel in Times Square. The whole process felt effortless, and I came away feeling confident, excited, and completely looked after.
If you’re thinking about booking a holiday, I very highly recommend James. His service is amazing, and he truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be booking with him again

Contacted James after seeing one of his deals on Facebook for a trip to London for 2 nights to see the Theatre show Stranger Things the first shadow. Could not believe the price that was being offered so messaged James to get it booked. James replied to my message very fast and provided me with all the information about the trip and answered all my questions. We were having great difficulties…
We were having great difficulties booking our holiday with another tour company who despite the cost of the holiday were being extremely unresponsive to our questions. A friend recommended James to us and he truly came to the rescue. James was extremely responsive at any time any day and managed to get the details we needed. James completed the booking for us and has continued to support us with further queries. James is truly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend him.

Made my experience to booking my dream holiday so much easier. Always wanted to see the northern lights but was unsure how to book this as well as booking a flight and hotel separately. Amazing communication and always lots of details. Response time was great and always got back to me straight away. Made me feel comfortable asking questions even if i thought they were silly. Price was amazing and definitely the cheapest travel agents around. Would highly recommend and can't wait for my holiday now.
