Zero deposit offer! The service was absolutely amazing during the booking process and finding the right holiday at the price, I couldn’t fault Leanne’s dedication to securing the booking and the time given,
BUT then once all secured.. I then get a message asking for bank details for the payments. Not a problem! BUT I get this while at work so I don’t see the message.
The message saying I need to send by 5pm or they are cancelling my booking!! I also then get a call while I am at work from
HAYS head office! The bank details were not urgent in my option. It was booked on a zero deposit and I was at work with no access to my phone the next day. I had no issue sending them but I was at work! That ruined my experience overall!
