Absolute fantastic service, as always, from Lisa. Was very much a last minute decision- I messaged her on Wednesday looking for a last minute short break going next week. Gave an idea of budget and preferences and she called me first thing Thursday with a few suggestions matching my needs. Just back from a lovely holiday in Menorca. Lisa booked this at short notice for us and came up with all the requirements we needed as I had mobility issues lovely ground floor apartment on Lisa’s request and the hotel had actioned what she asked for.
