Always very helpful
Always very helpful. Have used Hays many times and wouldn't use anyone else. The staff at the maghull branch are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Service above and beyond.
Orders some Currency for trip to Colombia. I got confused about the exchange rate when I got my money.
Later that day I spoke to the cashier over the phone, she was very helpful and polite and explained everything clearly. I then understood everything.
Later that day that cashier rang me back saying she had investigated my concerns, and due to a change in exchange rates they owed me a small refund. Not many companies would go the extra mile like this. Great service, great company.
