I felt I was given time to discuse our reqirements for the holiday and the staff were very knowledgeable . We got a lovely hotel and for the dates we wanted . Unfortunately had to pay the whole holida... Ver más

A Perfect Holiday
Everything went smoothly and we had a really lovely holiday. We are still grateful to Lauren at Hays Travel in Malton (the whole team in Malton branch are fantastic and super-helpful) for highlighting the value and good sense of selecting a midships balcony on our first cruise and we stayed with her advice for this second one. We had a great time.

I felt I was given time to discuse our reqirements for the holiday and the staff were very knowledgeable . We got a lovely hotel and for the dates we wanted . Unfortunately had to pay the whole holiday up front which I wasn' t expecting but we are only seven weeks from our departure . J H
