Mel listened to my needs and found me my wonderful family holiday. She suggested alternative dates which I had not considered and that helped me decide on my destination. Mel listens to your individual requirements and takes time to find you the perfect holiday. This is the 3rd holiday I’ve booked with Mel and will definitely use her again to book my future holidays. We went to Mell with help booking our first family holiday abroad as we wanted it to be special and were overwhelmed looking online by ourselves. Mell found us the most perfect place, I don't think we would have found it without her. She is great at what she does and we'll definitely go to her for help with our next holiday.

We had amazing experience from start to finish booking our holiday. The service and support was fantastic and we could never had made all the travel arrangements on our own. Even after the booking there was lots of support with seat reservations and navigating the airline websites. Mell was extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Mel was great. I messaged her and she got back to me asap. I told her what I was looking for and when. We then got a couple of choices which were good so we booked straight away. We have also booked our seats both ways which was easy too and the secure payment is a great too.

It’s the 3rd time I’ve used Mel at Hays Travel to book a holiday and yet again she’s found us another perfect hotel and destination. She listened to our criteria and budget and spent time sending us lots of options until we found the perfect one. Nothing is too much trouble and the service provided from first communication to boarding the flight is first class. Mel has been fantastic getting our trip organized, our requirements were slightly unusual as we were headed to a lesser known part of the US after a stop in New York. Mel arranged everything and gave us great options to get the right trip for us. Mel managed to get EVERYTHING (flights, hotels and a hire car) for the price I was getting for the flights alone!
The personal service has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Mel to anyone.
