My experience was fabulous the travel agent done everything I asked for-and all I wanted and went above an beyond to help me.

For the last few years we have been booking with Hays Travel for all our holidays we always get a warm welcome and the staff are very good at what they do,we ask and they provide the answers this time it was a cruise,something we've been thinking about for a while and true to their diligence they found what we wanted so very happy indeed,we especially thank Chloe again for sorting it all out with her happy outlook and diligence

The whole experience from beginning to end of booking was exceptional. Every question I had was answered and the travel agent Leanne went above and beyond to find out the information on the hotel.
I felt confident with making the booking knowing that all queries and worries I had were answered and was made to feel comfortable with going ahead
