Listened to our requirements and found us the best deal

Hôtel definitely not 4 star, probably 3 star at best. The food was not good at the buffet. Stale breads, no real jam, the toasting machines tediously slow. All the meats were very overcooked and tough. We lived on salads which were passable but dull and lacked variety. We had only one nice dinner which was when they produced a whole salmon.
The towels were very thin and stained but at least they were changed daily but apart from making the bed the room wasn’t cleaned. Carpet in the bedroom was a complete no no for us and was dirty and stained and not vacuumed at all the whole week.
Location was good and the town of Nerja is delightful and very easy to get to by local bus. I could go on and on about other things we disliked! We did our best to enjoy ourselves but we would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Myself and my husband went into the Romsey branch to book a holiday. We had a friendly welcome by Emma. Emma listened to what we were looking for in a holiday and quickly got a good choice for us to look through. She had great knowledge and could easily answer any questions we had.

Easy process to book

Emma was really helpful sorted out a couple of issues and arranged a hotel the night before our flight. Nothing is too much trouble and we had help from Caitlin and Lewis with the original booking request. All booked and looking forward to the trip

Our river cruise was cancelled and Tasha found us a replacement trip at short notice and an excellent price. Delighted. VMT

Jamie dealt with our enquiries quickly and efficiently, all done with a pleasant and friendly attitude. We came away with new bookings feeling happy and satisfied that the service we received was far better than anything we could have achieved on line ourselves.
