Fantastic service from Adam and the team once again!
This is the second holiday I've booked through Adam at Hays Travel in Rothwell and once again, the service has been fantastic. He recently helped us book a trip to Madeira, having previously arranged an amazing holiday for us to Australia and New Zealand. Adam is brilliant, but honestly, all the staff at this branch are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Excellent efficient service
I spoke to Adam, who has a warm and friendly attitude, he personalises the conversation in a positive manner is very helpful and efficient, although I called very close to closing time, this did not dissuade Adam from taking the time to discuss my request and resulted in a successful booking
