The particular consultant we dealt with - Sarah L from Rustington. Efficient, Clear and concise. She was also friendly with a lovely manor.

We popped into Hays Rustington late one afternoon to see if we could book a last minute few days away in Majorca. We were not disappointed!! The staff were so helpful patient while we made our choices.. and we came away with a holiday that was made for us…all our travel documents were printed.. we were ready to go! We would definitely recommend Hays to other travellers.. everything had been considered.. transfers.. parking and we had a really lovely time away..!!

We always use Hays travel at Rustington. We went in to enquire about a holiday we were interested in for 2027 to Fuerteventura.
We were assisted by Sarah L, who was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time investigating various options for the best deal and flight times. She also arranged assisted travel and airport parking for us too.
She couldn't have done any more and we are extremely pleased with the service.
We actually live in Horsham but prefer to travel to Rustington so that we can book with Hays. It would ve nice if you had a branch of Hays travel in Horsham as we feel that you would generate a lot of business.

The overall helpfulness of the staff,especially Chelsea,who attended to our needs.

She was able to find me a last min holiday with all my requirements.( A big relief after searching on line for hours and not getting anywhere!)She assisted with flight boarding passes,contacts as well as personally knowing the area of my holiday destination... so some local spots to look up enjoy.
