This is the second holiday we have booked this year with Danielle (Assistant Manager). As always Danielle went above and beyond using her travel knowledge and expertise which made booking our summer holiday so much easier! I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else to book a holiday and always recommend family and friends to Danielle, as she goes above and beyond for her customers and makes booking your holiday a hassle free experience! My experience was realy excellent at your office, as it was my first time arranging a holiday for myself. The staff were excellent and explained everything easily, they were very professional and got me where I was looking to travel too, easy to talk to and very understanding of my worries. I wanted to go to Menorca and a specific Hotel. thankyou for getting it all sorted for me.

We walked in with a small budget and Danielle managed to find us an amazing holiday. She uses her knowledge and experience to find you the perfect holiday. We have used Danielle for over 10 holidays I would guess and not one has been bad. I have dealt with other staff members and I van honestly say every one is a credit to hays.

Although we knew exactly where and when we wanted to go on holiday Rebecca was very pleasant and professional and sorted everything out for us which included a personal transfer for comfort as one of our party will be taking an electric wheelchair which also had to be cleared for size etc. She also double checked details before completing booking to make sure everything was correct.

Contacted Hays with a enquiry about booking a holiday the experience was very straight forward and the staff at Hays Travel Forge could not have been more helpful. Thanks for a wonderful experience and a great price holiday booked.

The assistant was so informative,had a lot of patience dealing with two older ladies.The whole experience was first class.We both would recommend Hays travel to our friends and family.We are now looking forward to our holiday in October to Tenerife.
