A member of staff welcomed me as I arrived in the shop and asked me to sit at her station. The transaction was completed within 20 minutes which enabled me to be able to catch my bus home.

Because of my experience, excellent attention with the lady who attended me, please suggest that there should be more ticket sales locations, which are closer, I am elderly and I do not know anything about electronic, and as I can, thank you very much for your attention and for the help.
