The booking process is done through vicky mcloughlin, who is always very professional and friendly at the same time, vicky works hard to find what we need.
We travel with jet 2 mostly and love the fact from you landing to leaving for home they are there all the way.

I felt it was all a bit rushed once getting round to booking.
Previous to booking I had messaged saying I was interested and the amount of people for the booking - I was given a price which I thought was great but a bit to good to be true so double checked and 2 of the party had been missed off.
I have booked now, but mainly because my children had their hearts set on this hotel.
