I had lost hearing in one ear. Hidden Hearing have been wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I now have perfect hearing back.
The whole process was both interesting and successful.

I have been attending the Chaucer for about ten years now. Sally French has been my audiologist for all of this time and she is great. She is very friendly, listens carefully and always gives great advice and the most suitable options for my situation.

I saw Senior Audiologist, Fiona Idriss at Hidden Hearing (Chaucer Hospital Canterbury) a couple of times due to a perforated eardrum affecting my hearing. Fiona is one of the best "explainers" I've ever met, helping me understand the status of my ear (and "translating" information provided to me by ENT consultants!). Can't recommend her highly enough.

Sally, as always, was professional and organised. There was no waiting, open discussion throughout, and all in a pleasant environment. What's not to like?

My mother called for advice twice, she was brushed off by some lady on the phone, made an appointment which was cancelled. She tried again, a few days later, they gave her one months away. Then tried to sell her things. They did the same to our neighbour. This business is run by money hungry people with no personal touch. Don't go there. Specsavers are better and cheaper.

The audiologist was efficient, professional and reassuring; she explained the whole procedure carefully to me before starting. I cannot fault her, or the clinic, in any way at all.

Went to see Ashleigh Bullen at Hidden Hearing at Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury for removing wax! She is very professional but very friendly putting me at ease immediately. ASHLEIGH is very good at her job and very patient as it was tricky.
I would 200% say go to her with confidence I shall go back to her for sure.

I went to the Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury today for a re-test of my hearing with audiologist Fiona Idriss. She has been my audiologist for a couple of years now. Fiona is such a professional that she inspires confidence and trust. She always allows me time to explain my concerns and is more than happy to address them all with sound, pragmatic and trustworthy advice. I feel that having such a professional, kind hearted, experienced and knowledgeable specialist, as Fiona, I wouldn't have progressed as well in my difficult treatment. She certainly is a valuable member of your team and I recommend her to everyone.
