I had an appointment with Ashleigh Bullen for earwax removal today and I had an amazing experience. She was friendly, talked through exactly what would happen and now I can hear properly again!

Absolutely amazing expertise & care…
Absolutely amazing expertise & care shown by Nicola at Hidden Hearing yesterday . Was given loads of useful information about the whole process & was made to feel so comfortable from the outset . I couldn’t recommend highly enough . I can’t actually believe this is a free service

A great experience
I recently went for a hearing test with Nicola Davis at Hidden Hearing after having been for ear wax removal with Ashleigh a few weeks earlier. Whilst I paid the fee for the ear wax removal, which was urgent, the hearing test was free. Both services were excellent. I was provided with a comfortable and friendly experience in both cases.

The appointment was fine
The appointment was fine. However the email sent prior asked me to bring a close family member, which I did, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary and not required at all, so it was a waste of my wife’s time.

Thieves
I attended an ear wax removal appt. The lady was fantastic, polite and professional - so nothing against her - however she swiftly told me my ears were completely clear. At that point I imagined I would just leave.
However your company policy is to take £40 for not doing anything? It’s £70 for ear wax removal, so your company policy is to charge more for doing nothing, than you charge for actually providing a service.

The person we dealt with was Hannah
The person we dealt with was Hannah, she was very calm and explained everything so clearly. On a previous visit she even told us to go to the drs about something behind my 92 yr old fathers ear which turned out to be cancer and this is now all sorted. A big thank you all round from us.

Walked in today as couldn’t hear out…
Walked in today as couldn’t hear out off my left ear and was causing me problems Ashleigh bullen saw me strate away and fixed the problem in both ears feel so much better would like to thank her again as she did a great job cheers ross
