As usual the experience was great. Got an appointment to fix my left hearing aid quickly. Andrew (Ipswich branch) was friendly and professional as usual. He fixed my hearing aid and gave me a hearing test at the same time. A great service!

The ear wax removal was effective and the staff friendly and efficient. I was given a clear explanation of what was about to happen and she was very reassuring. The procedure was pain free and I was very pleased to have full hearing back. Will definitely be returning to Hidden Hearing next time . Good value - I’ve paid more at other places that were not so good.
